What the plan price covers
Rack space and redundant A+B power, with climate control and physical security. Your internet connection is separate. Custom configurations are available on request.
Access escort
Every visit needs 24 hours' notice, and a Rackmill representative escorts you, whatever the plan size. Each colocation service gets one free escorted visit to install equipment, during business hours. That visit outside business hours costs $150.00 per 15 minutes. Every other escorted visit costs $75.00 per 15 minutes during business hours and $150.00 per 15 minutes outside them.
Remote hands
Our staff do the hardware work you would otherwise drive in for. Remote hands costs $75.00 per 15 minutes during business hours and $150.00 per 15 minutes outside them.
Speed add-ons
Your plan price covers rack space and power. If you use Rackmill’s transit, choose a speed add-on at $3 per Mbps per month.
